Hi, my name is Claudia Vidor, and I'm the founder of Nourished by Claudia, the PERIOD COMEBACK  Protocol and the recover from HA Support Group on FB. 
As a certified Nutrition & Dietetic Consultant (BHSC), I have supported many women to get their period back, and to reach their health goals through dietary and lifestyle changes.
 
I want to be honest with you…I did suffer it from missing periods twice. I had no idea what the heck was wrong with my body. Why was everyone out there getting a regular cycle while I wasn’t? I felt inadequate, it was scary, and I kept it for myself. Whenever I commented on it, everyone would tell me how lucky I was, as I didn’t have to deal with annoying pain, and moodiness on a monthly basis.

Little did they know that I desperately wanted to become a mum, but I had no energy to get things done, I was constantly sleepy, I was loosing hair, I had no sex drive and I was stuck in a loop of food and exercise obsession.

“Eat More, and exercise less” they told me. I wish it had been that simple!
